1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ApplyStack Telegram Bot and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. This is a tool for automating job applications and is currently in its Beta phase.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in your resumes and the job links you submit. You must not use this tool for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activities.

3. Fair Use & Pro Plan

While the Pro plan offers "unlimited" applications, we enforce a fair use policy of 500 applications per month to prevent system abuse. Accounts found to be using scripts to automate the bot itself will be suspended.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments for Pro accounts (N1,200/month) are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time via the bot. Due to the digital nature of the service and the AI tokens consumed, we do not offer refunds once applications have been processed for the month.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

ApplyStack is a tool to assist with applications. We do not guarantee employment or interview callbacks. We are not responsible for any technical issues on third-party job boards or Gmail's delivery systems.
