1. Overview

ApplyStack is designed to help you automate job applications. We value your privacy and only request the minimum data necessary to perform our services.

2. Google OAuth & Data Access

ApplyStack uses Google OAuth 2.0 to connect to your Gmail account. Our access is strictly limited to the "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send" scope. This means:

• We can only send emails that you have explicitly approved via the Telegram bot.
• We cannot read your emails, access your contacts, or delete any data.
• We never see or store your Google password.

3. Data We Collect

To provide our services, we store the following:

• Telegram ID: To link your account to our bot.
• Resumes: PDF files you upload are stored securely for application use.
• Application History: Metadata about jobs you have applied for (Job title, Company, Date).

4. AI Processing

Job descriptions and resume data are processed via the Gemini 3.1 AI engine to generate tailored cover letters. This data is used only for the purpose of your specific application and is not used to train global AI models.

5. Data Retention

You can delete your resumes or account data at any time via the Telegram bot commands. Revoking Google OAuth access via your Google Account settings will immediately terminate our ability to send emails on your behalf.
